Rules

These rules are the foundation on which this group is built.  Please adhere to these rules at all times--especially those concerning etiquette.  We'll only put up with so much before we kick any offenders from the group.

   Just click join and we’ll accept!

Rules concerning submissions
   Any member may submit as much as they please.  We’ve put no limits on deviations.  Realize that not everything you submit will be accepted, especially if your pieces don’t adhere to the rules below.
  Submit to the correct folder.  We tried to keep it simple by reducing the categories to oneshot or series.  Names are self-explanatory!
  Submissions to “oneshot” and “series” should exhibit acceptable grammar, punctuation, and structure.  We don’t want something you cobbled together in ten minutes or less.  That being said, we do not require masterpieces here—just pieces that you’ve put actual effort into.
   Pieces submitted to this club are subject to vote based on those standards listed above.  Anything that does not meet these standards will be declined.
   Submissions to “series” should include prev/next chapter links in the artist comments to allow for easier navigation for those reading.
   Do not submit any piece that uses a stolen image as a preview image.  dA is very clear on that policy, and if you do not have express written permission to use that image for this purpose, you may not use it.  Giving “credit” in the Artist Comments does not change this fact.
   We’ll consider pieces from any pairing, genre, or time period here.  These factors do not influence the vote whatsoever.  Personally, I’ll read anything from any pairing if the plot is engaging enough.  (:
  Please please please no PWP (porn without plot).  Within the realms of a logical plot, fine, but we’d prefer that you don’t try to submit smut without rhyme or reason.  Also, please note that if you do submit something involving smut or mature themes, you need to put a mature filter on it.  Don’t worry, both Something-Witty-Here and I are over 18 and will be able to access and read it.
  No Reader Inserts please, simply because of overflow issues.  CountryXReader and Readertalia were created specifically for that type of fanfiction and they'd be more than happy to accept your work.

Rules concerning critique
  This group does not offer critique at this time, however, we'd like to direct you to WritersOfHetalia.  They will provide critique if you specify what it is that you need help with--or that you need help at all.

Rules concerning etiquette
  Be polite.  No flaming or rudeness will be tolerated.
  Be helpful, especially to new members.
  Be awesome. <3

Possible future plans
  We’re not sure if we’ll have any contests or not.  That all depends on how many members are interested.  As for now, we’ve a long way to go before we’re to this point
  It’s possible that we’ll have a chatroom for fun discussion or general silliness including RP or derpiness.  Derpiness is very much approved.
  We’ll probably be looking for mods in the future to help vote on submissions.  These mods will also have specific responsibilities involving critique or club management.
